Mani recounts a visit to the Mysore Zoo with Baba, where Baba’s presence brought joy and blessings to the animals. Despite the group’s excitement, Baba moved swiftly through the zoo, urging them to keep up. Mani’s mother humorously remarked that the outing felt more like a horse race than a leisurely zoo visit.

Mani recounts a time when Baba, while at Meherabad, told Mani and the other mandali to enjoy their secluded time together, as one day the Hill would be covered with Baba’s lovers. Mani, skeptical at the time, later witnessed this prophecy come true after Baba’s passing. Mani also shares a memory of Baba casually stating that the whole world would come to love Him, a statement Mani believes will also come to pass. Mehera kept Baba’s old sadras, even when they were too worn to wear, because Baba wanted them preserved. He believed that one day, people from all over the world would come to him, eager for even a small piece of his sadra. This belief, along with Baba’s promise to never break a promise, has led to the careful preservation of Baba’s belongings, despite their initial generosity.
