Kitty stayed behind at the Center after Baba’s accident in 1952 to help manage it while Elizabeth and Norina recovered. She maintained the cabins and grounds, occasionally hosting visitors for tea parties and tours. In 1956, Baba returned to the Center, prompting preparations for guests and gatherings, and Elizabeth was asked to accept the property back in Baba’s name.
