Meher Baba, the Avatar, is both God and man, and His purpose is to guide humanity. While we should approach Him with love and devotion, we must also understand His divine nature and take His teachings seriously. Understanding and love are essential, like water and a riverbed, to fully benefit from His presence and guidance.
-
The meaning of “Jai Baba” is explored, revealing it is a wish for the success of Meher Baba’s work for humanity. Meher Baba, the Avatar, is explained as the spiritual authority who bridges the gap between God and illusion, embodying both God and man. The Avatar’s unique position allows Him to bring down God to become man and raise up man to become God, a role that is essential and eternal.
-
The concept of the Avatar, particularly Meher Baba, is explored. The Avatar is described as possessing all knowledge, power, and bliss, and is connected to the illusion of the world, unlike God who remains disconnected. Understanding and identifying with the concept of the Avatar, even without love or obedience, can be a source of strength and guidance in life.
